FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to the questions we hear most from carriers, call centers, and service providers evaluating CallONet.

No. CallONet originates and terminates domestic US traffic and offers outbound international (A-Z) termination for calls placed from the US. We do not sell non-US-originating DIDs or retail international calling plans.

No. CallONet is a wholesale, business-to-business carrier. We work with licensed carriers, call centers, UCaaS platforms, and marketing organizations rather than individual consumers.

We ask for basic business identity information, your expected traffic type and volume, and your intended use case. This lets us match you to the right routes and complete standard KYC review before provisioning.

Most accounts move from application to test traffic within a few business days once documentation and KYC review are complete. Complex porting or large DID orders may take longer.

Our NOC reviews flagged traffic against your account history and the standards in our Terms of Use. Depending on severity, we may request clarification, throttle affected routes, or suspend the account while we investigate. See our Terms of Use for the full bad-traffic policy.

Yes, subject to your service agreement. Many of our carrier and ITSP customers resell origination and termination capacity, provided their downstream customers also comply with our acceptable-use standards.

Yes. Our platform is built to recognize and pass through STIR/SHAKEN attestation on traffic that carries it, and we work with partners to preserve attestation across the call path where technically supported.

Yes. Lead generation campaigns start with a targeting brief you define — industry, geography, company size, and other criteria — and we test against a starter batch before scaling to full volume.

Minimums vary by service and are set during onboarding based on your traffic profile. Ask your account representative for current terms during your sales conversation.

Every account is assigned a named account representative for day-to-day questions, plus access to our NOC escalation line for urgent routing or quality issues.
